1. General Information

2. Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order in our online store, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. As a small business under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we do not charge VAT.
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Other methods shown at checkout
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Germany. Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days within Germany and 7–14 business days internationally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at cureathletics@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Warranty
We are legally obligated to deliver goods that conform to the contract. If a product is defective, please contact us at cureathletics@gmail.com within 2 years of purchase.
8. Liability
Cure Athletics is not liable for damages arising from the use of our products beyond what is required by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, and logos are the property of Cure Athletics. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Bonn, Germany.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
