Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notification of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
